Just a quick notice. As of Jan 1, 2022, my rates will be as follows:
30 minutes 55
45 minutes 75
60 minutes 95
75 minutes 115
90 minutes 135
120 minutes 180
The new rates will be reflected in the online scheduler beginning mid-December. **Any account credit applied before midnight, Dec 31, locks 2021 rates until that credit has been used! Please let me know via text, email, or when you see me in office, and we can add your desired amount.**
To view Cuyahoga sales tax-included rates please visit Pricing 2022. *Please note, sales tax for bodywork is not a thing in Texas, nor is it required in Ohio when a client provides a massage prescription.
OHIO! Rx = No sales tax Requesting a simple Rx from anyone who can write prescriptions will omit sales tax. Ask your doctor, dentist, chiropractor, mental health professional, etc.. PLEASE ENSURE I HAVE YOUR Rx ON FILE TO AVOID UNNECESSARY TAX.
Cancellation Policies: Life, I know! However, if you must cancel your treatment, please be sure to give 24-hour notice so I have time to fill the appointment. Should you not arrive for our time as scheduled, there will be a charge for 75% of the service price. Cancellations within the 24 hour period carry a charge of 50% of the service price if I am unable to fill the appointment. This may seem a lot for a service you didn't receive, however, with limited or no notification, I'm allowed no opportunity to recoup by offering the time slot to someone else. Unfortunately, my bill collectors don't care why you can't make it, though I try to be as understanding as possible! Any charges will be processed via account credit or the card holding the appointment.
Gift Certificate Holders: The remaining value will be credited to your account for future use.
On-site Chair Massage: Deposit is refundable up to 72 hours before the date of the scheduled visit and 50% refundable after 72 hours More Info
