After over a year of searching (a super appreciative shout out to those who helped with testing and feedback!) I have finally decided on MassageBook SOAP VAULT as the online scheduling software we'll be using going forward. As of October 1st, all links will direct to the new site. Though you may still be able to log into your FullSlate account, no booking options will be shown.
If you already have future appointments booked, not to worry! I will be manually moving all existing appointments (and any current account credits) to the new software (however, you will not be able to view them until your email and new password are registered) As this is done you will receive an email to fill out a new online health form. I know.. it looks like an endless sea of tick boxes ✅☑️✅☑️but PLEASE set aside a few minutes and BE THOROUGH. Pretty please also take the time to include any medications, supplements, past injuries, or other concerns. You only need to do it once (as long as it's complete) and all of this information is really important for me to be aware of, even if it doesn't seem like it would be!
Differences Worth Noting:
- LISTED PRICES WHEN BOOKING REFLECT TAX EXEMPT STATUS - I strive to keep it simple for you guys but, unfortunately, non-prescription prices will now be accurate to the cent versus a nice, round dollar amount. (View adjusted pricing on my Rates page)
- If you write checks please be aware of the new pricing adjustments which can be found HERE
- Credit Card processing will run through Square Bambora instead of Stripe. Why does this matter? It just means that you will be prompted to enter your credit card again when booking for the first time on the new system. Just the once and we are back to no-hassle booking and checkouts!
- Learning new software is a time consuming pain in the gluteals and I am still working out the minutiae. Never hesitate to reach out if something is confusing, annoying, or does not look right! Your voice is key to ensuring the best future experience possible, and I welcome any feedback or suggestions you feel like sharing.
