Holding national certification as well as state license in Texas and Ohio, I have well-rounded experience in the massage industry ranging from high-end spas to physical therapy and clinical settings. I've worked contracted and independently providing corporate and personal chair massage, as well as individual full-length sessions in my office or client's homes. Born and raised in Texas, I spent several years in Arizona and currently divide my time between Texas and Ohio. I'm active, and love to travel. I credit becoming a massage therapist to my dad, a Dallas Police officer of 40 years. I'd walk on his back and massage his feet after long nights of keeping the peace, so he could sleep throughout the day. The feeling of delight I had, even as a child, in being able to relieve stress and pain directly through touch has always stayed with me. I genuinely enjoy being a therapist, and love being able to spend my time and energy on the things that are important to me. I give thanks to Great Spirit for flowing through me in order to facilitate healing for others. The ability to help my clients stems from understanding their verbal concerns in addition to what the body tells me it needs. Pulling from experience and education, I aim to bring a state of relaxation and equilibrium, assisting the body in its own self-correcting abilities. Bodywork is a holistic way to obtain and maintain wellness when integrated with a healthy lifestyle. Manual bodywork is a beautiful thing in that bodies are such complex organisms, so variable from being to being, that learning never stops. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me via text or email. I am glad to help you determine the technique to best achieve your personal goals.
