Would you recommend massage for everyone?
Unfortunately, no. There are some conditions that are contraindicated for massage and some medications that require specific timing.
Bodywork is not appropriate care for infectious or contagious illness as it can exacerbate symptoms as well as risk the health of the public.  If you are currently under a doctor's care, or have any doubts as to your massage eligibility please reach out and I will be happy to figure it out with you.

Do you accept insurance?
I do not accept insurance, however, a receipt will be emailed after each appointment that contains all of the information needed for you to submit for reimbursement.

Do you provide massage for minors?
Yes. I only ask that clients under 18 present a signed Parent/Guardian consent form prior to their initial appointment. Massage sessions for minors tend to last 30-60 minutes, depending on the minor's size, age, and attention span. Session prices are adjusted accordingly.

Do you take walk-ins and same-day appointments?
Please book your session at least a few days in advance to secure your preferred appointment time and date. Though sessions are by appointment only, should you find yourself in need of some last-minute work, please feel free to text me and I will do my best to accommodate you.

What should I do during my massage session?
Many people take a nap or meditate during a session while others prefer dialogue. It is your massage, and whatever feels natural to you is the best way to relax. Feel free to change your position anytime to make yourself more comfortable and please do not hesitate to ask questions or voice concerns at any time.

Do I need to get completely undressed?
Certain modalities such as Thai massage & CST require only that you wear loose fitting clothing. For more traditional table massage it is customary to undress  to your comfort level, be it completely or only to your undies. I do ask that you remove items that can get in the way of the massage such as bras, jewelry and watches. For those of you new to massage, please note that you will be given privacy to undress and I always use conservative draping methods to avoid inappropriate exposure.

Do you provide any other services (wink, wink)?
Seriously?
I am a professionally trained and licensed massage therapist who meets all state and local requirements.  To protect both my client and myself no inappropriate behavior will be tolerated. If you are interested in a sexual/ sensual (and it should be noted, ILLEGAL in TX and OH) massage, you are on the wrong website.
